I am glad I chose this meditation this morning. Everything is going great with and I in fear of the future. I am enjoying the moment of course but there’s some insecurities about the future. This meditation helped me remember that I am a survivor. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this! A strange thing I am finding since having a regular gratitude practice is that life can real deal you a tough hand but if you remain grateful for all that you have and the world around you, it really does help you navigate the storms! This year we have dealt with fertility issues and failed IVF, the loss of our gorgeous 15yo rescue dog Boris (who taught us so much about resilience, patience and joy), grieving over losing grandparents unexpectedly, work struggles, and daily life - and yet somehow we are still happy. Last week was one of the worst weeks on paper, but it brought me closer to the people who I love. Allowing my close friends and family into my inner world and opening up to them about my struggles has allowed them to feel the fuzzy warm feeling you get from helping someone, and I have felt propped up, and loved. I wouldn’t change the hardships because they are increasingly showing me I can handle life’s storms and have so much to be grateful for. This session came at a great time for me 😊

I have an incontinent two-legged rescue dog (he was found in a ditch in Kentucky with his back broken) who has a *very* grumpy attitude most of the time due to his chronic pain and recurring bladder infections…yet he still loves to flop around in the snow, bark his darn fool head off at squirrels, and crawl into my lap for a cuddle. I admire his ability to live in the moment.

Loved the message, hated the music. Hopefully you can share more gems like this without the background noise! Namaste 🙏

I am a 'baby boomer' mother with her share of what we would now call 'childhood trauma' who made it her mission to raise a healthy male child. All grand intentions aside this millennial will not let go of the 'trauma' some of my decisions caused him. He may accept he is 'here' one moment only to descend into rage at me when he recalls certain decisions I made that he now perceives as unacceptable. Your great analogy resonated amusingly with me! Simple advice with a powerful outcome which takes maturity and practice reminding oneself probably daily until it becomes like breathing. Thank you.

Thank you for this talk. It brought tears to my eyes. Our dog passed away last year. He had cancer too and I used to sing for him during all the process. He taught me and the kids a lot. We are better because of him 🌷🐶❤️
