Malaika DosRemedios (E-RYT-500+,YACEP) for almost 20 years now, is a full-time teacher of the tantric tradition of hatha yoga, holistic nutrition and fitness coach/personal trainer, and a National Board Certified Intergrative Health Coach in the Burlington, VT area during the late spring to mid Fall and lives in Key West, FL during the Winter. She has been a dedicated student practicing yoga since 2002 and has been leading and guiding students and teachers since 2009. Empowering others in the yoga tradition is her life's work and it never stops evolving.
