Originally from Italy, Federica is a 200hrs RYT now living in Copenhagen, Denmark. She has been a dancer and a ballet teacher and she later discovered and fell in love with yoga in all its forms. She is passionate about meditation, yoga, Ayurveda and sustainable living. Her mission is to share her love for these disciplines with people from all over the world to help them reconnect with their inner selves. She mainly teaches Hatha or Vinyasa yoga classes including Ayurveda elements.
