Through Nadi Shodhana Pranayama, it is possible to bring back to balance such energies in order to prevent diseases, balance the nervous system and live a healthy life.

Cooling Your Body and Mind Through Breath: Sheetali & Shitkari Pranayama
In today's lesson, I will introduce you to two cooling pranayama techniques that can be practised to lower the body temperature and cool down the mind (in case of conditions such as anger or stress).
These two techniques are best practiced during the hot season or by people living in very warm regions. However, they can be introduced into a regular pranayama practice when used together with ujjayi pranayama and diaphragmatic breath.

I will introduce you to Brahmari pranayama, a powerful and more advanced breathing technique that accumulates energy and heat. Brahmari is best to be practiced during the cold season or by people living in very cold areas. However, It can be practiced by everyone when associated with more cooling pranayamas (e.g. sheetali, shitkari, nadi shodhan).
This pranayama can be practiced with or without the use of arms.
