Christine Brähler (DClinPsy, PhD) is a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, author and lecturer. She is an IFS Level 2 therapist and an international self-compassion pioneer and expert teacher and teacher trainer. She has been teaching self-compassion around the world since 2008. She is a key contributor to the first clinical adaptations and to the non-clinical training program, Mindful Self-Compassion, and its teacher training. Her mission is to guide people to overcome obstacles to their heart energy and to connect with others from a place of empowerment and genuine compassion to co-create.
