In these moments of uncertainty and overwhelming information,

Finding peace in ourselves becomes crucial.

This meditation aims to guide you through techniques to anchor yourself in the present,

Centered around breathing,

Allowing you to lighten the burden of world conflicts on your mind.

Together,

We will explore ways to navigate through these feelings of impotence and anxiety by cultivating a feeling of inner calm and autonomy,

Understanding that this inner peace can extend beyond ourselves,

Influencing those around us.

As we discover the power of our breathing to bring comfort and light into our lives and the world around us.

Dear friends,

Welcome to Simply Yoga with Nathalie.

This channel is aimed at all the busy bees in this world who would like to slow down and regain their inner strength.

My name is Nathalie Chorlane.

I am a yogi and scientist.

Let's discover together our inner power.

Let's start by finding a comfortable position,

Whether seated or lying down.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath.

Feel the air fill your lungs.

As you exhale,

Let go of all tension.

Let yourself go into a deeper relaxation.

At this moment,

Recognize the weight of the conflicts in the world and how they affect you.

Feel the anxiety that may arise in you.

It is important to recognize these emotions.

They are legitimate.

I understand you.

Now,

Move your attention to your breathing.

Notice the sensation of the air passing through your nostrils,

Its temperature,

Its rhythm.

When thoughts arise,

Recognize them without judgment and gently guide your attention to your breathing.

Take a deep breath.

Let your abdomen,

Your chest and the top of your chest expand with each breath.

Take a deep breath.

With each inhalation and then exhalation,

Imagine a colorful balloon slowly inflating in front of you.

With each exhale,

Visualize this balloon expanding,

Becoming more and more filled and light.

Feel the relief with each exhalation,

Allowing the balloon to take away the thoughts or emotions that no longer contribute to your well-being.

As the balloon inflates,

Take a moment to recognize the thoughts you are letting go.

They may be worries,

Doubts or fears.

When the balloon reaches its full capacity,

Firmly tie a knot at the end,

Symbolizing the closure of these thoughts to prevent them from returning.

Once firmly tied,

Gently release the balloon into the sky.

Look at it rise gracefully,

Carried by the breeze,

Rising higher and higher,

Until it becomes a simple dot in the sky.

As it moves away,

Know that it carries with it all these thoughts,

These emotions and worries that you have let go,

Taking them far from your mind and your heart.

Finally observe the balloon burst,

Symbolically releasing these thoughts into the atmosphere,

Dissolving them into the infinite immensity above.

Feel a sensation of lightness and freedom as you observe this,

Recognizing that these thoughts no longer have any power over you.

Allow yourself to embrace this new feeling of peace and clarity,

Free from the weight of these thoughts.

The crushing avalanche of information can be overwhelming.

Recognize that it is natural to feel powerful in such circumstances.

However,

By returning to the present moment,

Through breathing and visualization exercises,

You regain control of your mind and your emotions.

You will feel lighter,

And the people around you will feel your presence.

Remember,

This practice is not only for the present moment,

It is for every moment.

Take breaks during the day to reconnect with your breathing.

By finding peace in yourself,

You radiate this serenity to those around you.

You are the bearer of light in a world that can seem dark.

Like holding a candle in a dark room,

Your inner peace can illuminate and warm those around you.

Accept this power,

Because by bringing your light into the world,

You make an inestimable contribution.
