When the end of year comes or at any other crunch time,

Do I feel overwhelmed?

Dear friends,

Welcome to Simply Yoga with Nathalie.

This channel is for all the busy bees from this world who would like to slow down and rediscover their inner strength.

My name is Nathalie Chaolan and I am a scientist and a yogi.

Let's discover together our inner power.

In this episode,

We will talk about our options when we feel overwhelmed by the end of the year.

We are approaching the end of the year.

We may feel overwhelmed as our to-do list is getting bigger.

Our agenda is filled with things we have to do.

They may be appointments,

Presents we would like to buy,

Deadlines we have to meet,

Or events we have to organize,

And this is just to name a few.

Sometimes we may feel that our head wants something and our heart is not feeling the same way.

How about first listening to our body?

When I think about all I want to achieve,

Do I feel some tensions in my neck or my shoulders?

How does my stomach feel?

And how do I breathe?

Are my breaths deep or shallow?

Am I able to stay at peace and calm when I think of the upcoming crunch time?

If it's toward the end of the year,

Do I feel obliged to give presents?

What is important to me?

If I give of my time and love to someone,

Does it count as a present?

Is this valuable to me?

When I am involved in different activities or events,

Do I have a tendency to go beyond my limits and feel exhausted afterward?

How can I rethink my way of giving?

Can I offer some of my time to someone I love and just be with that person?

In the midst of all the events surrounding the end of the year,

Have I thought about giving time to myself too?

Taking a few hours a few times to just be and do something that will help fill my cup.

What do I enjoy and what brings peace to my heart?

Is it a walk in nature,

Sleeping in,

Listening to music I like,

Taking a bath,

Reading a book or preparing my favorite meal?

Can I take an appointment with myself and just be?

By filling my own cup,

I will be able to share the good energy of peace and stillness with others.

We can ask ourselves all these questions at any time when we feel stressed.

This may help us reinvent ourselves and enjoy our own company and the company of others.

I invite you to come back to it as often as possible to add sweetness to your daily life.

Let's bring a little more love in our everyday life,

Little by little.

I am Nathalie and I wish you a beautiful inner journey.
