Welcome to Simply Yoga with Nathalie.

My name is Nathalie Chaulan and I am a yogi and a scientist.
Let's discover together our inner power.
Find a comfortable seat or you may also lie down.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
You may choose to close your eyes or leave them slightly open.
Continue to breathe.
As you breathe,
Notice any sensations in your body and let them go.
Come back to your breath.
If any thoughts arise,
Let them go and come back to your breath.
As you breathe,
Notice your chest and abdomen expanding and contracting.
Imagine that you are sitting or lying next to a river.
You see the river flowing.
You see the constant movement.
You hear the sound of the water.
A little song is coming from the movement of the water.
You also feel the warm air caressing your skin.
Nothing can stop the river from flowing.
It's traveling in the present moment.
The past is behind.
Any sad memories are left behind.
I continue to flow.
I continue to breathe.
Like the river,
I continue to breathe.
With each breath in,
I fill myself with love.
With each breath out,
I bring love to the world.
I continue to fill myself with love.
Sad feelings may happen,
But I decide to let them flow,
To let them go.
I am choosing myself today.
I am giving myself love with each breath.
With each breath in,
I feel a little bit more at peace.
Any areas in my body that feel the sadness will be filled with peace and love.
I continue to breathe in awareness until I feel calmer.
When I am ready,
I take a deep breath in and start to bring movements in my fingers and toes.
I bring my attention to the room I'm in,
Starting to open my eyes if they were closed.
Let's bring a little more love in our everyday life,
Little by little.
