I have tried multiple diets and have been exercising on a regular basis and I'm still unable to lose weight.

Sit comfortably or you can also lie down.
You can close your eyes or leave them slightly open.
Take a deep breath in and notice the sensations in your body.
Listen to your breath.
I have tried many diets,
I have exercised and I am still unable to reach my goal of losing weight.
Either I am sitting or lying down,
I will visualize my body,
Starting with seeing my feet,
My ankles,
Calves,
Thighs,
Pelvis,
Abdomen,
Chest,
Back,
My neck,
Face,
Ears,
Face,
My arms and my hands.
See how the body is perfectly shaped and designed.
Starting with your breath and the oxygen you inhale being transported through the blood vessels and reaching every single cell of your body.
Taking one normal breath,
About half a liter of air is inhaled.
By adulthood our human body has 60,
000 miles of blood vessels and that is more than twice the distance around the world.
Those vessels allow the blood to flow and is supplying our tissues with oxygen and nutrients to keep our organs and heart healthy.
Breathe in and out slowly and see the oxygen and nutrients traveling through all the blood vessels in your body without us having to do anything.
Continue to breathe.
When we eat,
After the food has passed our mouth,
Our body will take care of processing and bringing the nutrients to all parts of your body.
Imagine that apple.
See that apple in your mind,
Its color,
Texture and smell.
Before I eat,
I can take the time to observe the food,
Then when I eat,
I feel the sensation and the crispy sound of the apple as I take a bite.
I imagine what happens after when that apple goes into my stomach,
Is processed and goes through all my body.
It's nourishing me and bringing all the vitamins,
Sugars and fibers that my body needs.
I keep that awareness when I eat.
I am present.
I breathe slowly in awareness.
When eating,
I try to avoid any distractions such as TV,
Cell phone or anything that would keep me away from my present moment.
I feel the peace inside and outside my body while I eat.
I also feel the pace.
I adopt a slow pace to be totally present.
This is a sacred moment as the food will be becoming part of me and becoming my body.
I inhale and exhale.
I am trying to be aware of why I am eating.
Do I eat because I am sad?
Because I am angry?
Or lonely?
Or do I eat because I am hungry?
Take a moment to reflect on this.
If I eat because I am hungry,
Will I stop when I feel that the body has enough?
Or do I feel… how do I feel when the body has ingested enough food?
Breathe in and listen to your body.
Before,
During and after a meal,
I can choose to bring awareness to that moment and compassion for myself.
This will allow me to feel good in my body and in my mind.
Let's bring a little more love in our everyday life,
Little by little.
