Sometimes,

Being around certain people makes you feel uncomfortable.

You don't feel welcome.

You feel that you are not part of the group.

You may feel tightness or nuts in your stomach.

You would like to be somewhere else.

Maybe you feel rejected or ignored.

Dear friends,

Welcome to Simply Yoga with Nathalie.

This channel is for all the Busy Bees of this world who would like to slow down and rediscover their inner strength.

My name is Nathalie Chauvelin and I am a Yogi and a Scientist.

Let's discover together our inner power.

Sit comfortably or you can also lie down.

You can close your eyes or leave them slightly open.

Take a deep breath in and notice the sensations in your body.

Listen to your breathing.

You may have a lot of thoughts running through your mind right now.

It's normal.

You can feel that your head and your heart are full of emotions,

Anxiety,

Frustration.

Just acknowledge these feelings.

Yes,

I feel frustrated.

Yes,

I feel overwhelmed.

Yes,

I feel angry.

Keep on being aware of your breath.

As you breathe in,

Take a moment to say,

I breathe for myself.

As you breathe out,

Take a moment to say,

I let the emotions leave my body.

In,

I breathe for myself.

Out,

I let the emotions leave my body.

In,

I breathe for myself.

Out,

I let the emotions leave my body.

Keep on breathing at your own pace.

As I breathe,

I notice my heartbeat.

As I breathe,

I notice the power of my heart.

I use that power to embrace who I am.

I am perfect as I am.

It's okay to be me.

The lotus flower has its roots in the mud.

It is all surrounded by muddy water,

But it will rise from the mud without stains.

It comes out as a beautiful flower,

Powerful and pure.

Like the lotus flower,

I may be surrounded by challenging situations,

But I can remain rooted to the earth.

I can come back to my being.

I am a sacred being.

I am a being of love.

I am love.

I am immersing myself with this feeling.

I am love.

When you are ready to move on with your daily activities,

Bring love and compassion to everything you do with awareness.

Take your time to nurture yourself with thoughts of love and patience.

Let's bring a little more love in our everyday life,

Little by little.
