In this guided meditation for stress relief,

We will breathe together in awareness.

Dear friends,

Welcome to Simply Yoga with Nathalie.

This channel is for all the busy bees in this world who would like to slow down and rediscover their inner strength.

My name is Nathalie Chaulin and I am a Yogi and a scientist.

Let's discover together our inner power.

Sit comfortably or you can also lie down.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

You can choose to close your eyes or leave them slightly open.

Keep breathing.

As you breathe,

Notice all the sensations in your body and let them go.

Come back to your breath.

As you breathe,

Notice your chest and abdomen expand and contract like a balloon,

Inflating and deflating.

If thoughts or feelings arise,

Let them in as you breathe in and let them out as you breathe out.

Feelings come in and go out.

Thoughts come and go.

Keep breathing.

Pay attention to the information your senses are giving you.

What do you hear?

What do you smell through your nose?

Do you feel the air on your skin?

Do you taste something in your mouth?

If your eyes are open,

What do you see?

Inhale deeply and then let go of all the information brought by your senses.

Keep breathing.

Imagine that you are sitting facing the sea.

The sea is blue.

The sky is blue.

Birds fly high in the sky.

You hear the sound of the waves.

You are sitting in the hot sand.

You feel the texture of the sand.

You can feel the salty air on your tongue.

The sea is peaceful and calm.

Keep breathing.

If boats pass by or animals dive into the sea or the waves get stronger,

The sea will regain its calm.

It's our true nature.

Breathe slowly.

Exhale slowly.

My true nature is also a nature of peace,

Like the sea.

I can also return to my natural state of calm.

I can choose to find a peaceful mind.

With every breath,

I fill myself with peace.

At each exhale,

I bring peace to the space around me.

I keep filling myself with peace.

I can have a stressful day,

But I can choose to drop it.

Let yourself be lulled by the sea.

Let yourself be protected by the universe.

With every breath,

I feel a little more at peace.

All areas of my body are now filled with peace.

I keep breathing consciously until I feel calmer.

When I'm ready,

I take a deep breath and start moving slowly my fingers and my toes.

I pay attention to the room I'm in.

I start to open my eyes if they were closed.

Notice how you feel now.

Let's bring a little more love in our everyday life,

Little by little.

I am Nathalie and I wish you a beautiful inner journey.
