In this first episode,
We will discuss self-compassion.
The most intimate relationship we have with ourselves is through our inner dialogue.
We sometimes use words of doubts,
Insecurity and anger.
Would we use the same words with a friend?
Can I be my own friend and speak to me gently?
How do I speak with myself daily?
Can I observe my thoughts and see the words I am using to speak to myself?
Just observe them for one day without judging them.
Slowly,
One day at a time.
How about replacing a few words by words of compassion and self-love?
For example,
Instead of saying,
I am so bad at this,
Can we try saying,
I see that I need improvement and I will work on it?
I invite you to do this exercise for the next days and see how you feel at the end of the day.
Let's bring a little more love in our everyday life,
Little by little.
