And welcome to this healing sound and affirmation meditation,
Designed to help you relax,
Heal,
And feel secure in your body and in your life.
My name is Julie E.
Grace,
And I will be your meditation guide today.
The music you'll hear was composed by Antonio Celotto,
Created using specific frequencies and vibrations to promote healing of the root chakra.
We are honored to be your guides today,
And we wish you deep peace and love on your journey.
To begin this meditation,
Try to find a quiet,
Comfortable place to either sit or lie down.
Always feel free to use any props that you like,
Cushions,
Bolsters,
Or anything else that might serve you.
Once you've found a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and take a deep inhale through the nose,
And then exhale and sigh or blow the air out of the mouth.
Do this a few times.
And imagine that with every inhale,
You are bringing calm and peace into your mind and into your body.
And with every exhale,
Just feel yourself releasing stress and tension.
When you're ready,
Let your natural breath take over again.
Now allow your eyelids to become so heavy that it is as if they can no longer even open.
Feel your face soften.
Press through your brow.
Soften the muscles around the corners of the eyes and the corners of the mouth.
And loosen your jaw.
Take that awareness now all the way down over your neck and your shoulders,
All the way down to your hands and into your fingers.
Feel your hands soften and relax.
Then take that sense of calm all the way down to your feet and into your toes.
Check in with your body now and ease anything else that you can simply through noticing.
Now as you relax deeper and deeper into the present moment,
Draw your awareness to the base of your spine.
Take a moment to notice how you feel here.
Can you pick up any energies,
Colors,
Feelings or sensations?
Avoid labeling anything as good or bad.
Simply notice.
It's also absolutely okay if you notice nothing at all.
Here at the base of your spine is your first chakra,
Your root chakra,
Also known as the Mooladhara.
Your Mooladhara is linked to your feelings of security and stability,
As well as to your ability to trust,
And that means to trust others,
Yourself,
And even life itself.
The Mooladhara is linked to the very essence of our survival,
And it is home to the question,
Do I belong here?
How do you feel when you hear this question,
Do I belong here?
Again,
Simply notice what might come up for you.
The first chakra is the foundation for our vital life energy.
It is the base from which inner power emanates.
Yet the root chakra can often become imbalanced based on our experiences,
Traumas,
And fears.
So today,
We are using this time to both vibrationally provide healing frequencies to the Mooladhara,
As well as to begin reprogramming the habits of the mind that can keep us blocked and fearful.
Notice for a moment if you feel at all blocked or afraid,
And again,
When you notice,
Just notice without judgment.
Are there any fears that you can identify?
Would you like to energetically target any of them in particular today?
If yes,
Simply set the intention now within yourself.
That intention might look something like,
Today I will begin to release my fear about,
And just fill it in as you need.
Also notice if you have any anxieties about releasing certain fears.
Sometimes our fears and blockages become so familiar that we become afraid to actually release them,
To let them go.
We get into fear loops,
But the first step always is simply acknowledging.
So just acknowledge now whatever comes and breathe into it.
Breathe into any information your intuition provides you,
And remember that you are safe here right now.
Now throughout this recording,
You will hear affirmations.
Know that there is no need to repeat them out loud,
Or even actively repeat them in your mind.
Simply allow the words to wash over and through you,
And trust that your subconscious mind is absorbing them.
Even if the words do not align with your current feelings,
Know that whatever you practice,
You get better at.
So if you practice tearing yourself down,
Unfortunately you will get better at tearing yourself down.
But if you practice affirming your worth and your place in this world,
You will get better at believing that you are beyond worthy,
Which you are.
Likewise,
If you practice healing your body and your mind,
You will also get better at healing too.
Live in the knowledge right now that you are practicing healing.
You have agency and you have the ability to act on behalf of your highest good.
And you are absolutely amazing for doing this.
Finally,
If your mind occasionally wanders at any point in the practice,
Know that it is okay.
Just acknowledge the thoughts without any judgment,
And then come back to your breathing,
The words,
And the sounds.
Again,
Trust that your subconscious mind is receiving the messages,
And remember that you are taking this time to nourish yourself.
Simply relax and be.
Now take a few deep breaths again,
Through the nose and out the mouth.
And feel yourself dropping even deeper into the present moment.
Feel the earth underneath you,
Completely supporting you.
And if you are able,
Place one or both hands on the ground to feel the essence and power of the planet below.
Even if you are high in a building,
Remember that the earth is there.
Feel yourself energetically connect to it.
Visualize now a beautiful,
Vibrant,
Red light full of healing energy drawing up from the earth and radiating right to you,
Right to the base of your spine.
Feel that light as warm,
Safe,
And full of source energy.
Imagine your root chakra gently softening and opening to this light.
And feel that the base of your spine is taking a healing light bath.
Feel the gentle warmth of it.
Feel yourself gratefully receiving this vibrant energy.
And then feel your own light and power awakening.
See how your root energy and the energy of the earth merge and dance together.
Visualize a beautiful red light now beginning to beam from the base of your spine.
Know that you are safe and supported.
You are here now.
Now hear the following words as your own and allow them to draw you deeper into healing and relaxation.
I am here now.
I am here now.
I am here now.
I am safe.
I am supported.
I am powerful,
Rooted,
And strong.
Whenever my strength has been tested,
I have survived and I choose to keep growing and to keep going.
I am beautifully strong and I celebrate my strength.
Simply by being here now,
I am a survivor.
I have survived every injury and every illness thus far and this is why I am breathing here right now.
I breathe into this moment with gratitude.
I am here now and I choose to thrive.
When I am afraid,
I remember to breathe deeply,
To connect to my inner strength and my inner source of power and light.
I am powerful and I use my power to bring love,
Peace,
And joy into the world.
I am divine,
Created with the building blocks of all life.
So I choose to connect to myself and to this earth and to every creature on it.
I am here now.
I am here now and I have a right to be here exactly as I am.
I am more than enough.
I am worthy of every breath that I take.
So I celebrate my life by embracing my worthiness.
I choose to be a beacon of light on this planet.
I let my light shine and by letting my own light shine,
I give others permission to do the same.
I love when we can all shine together in our own unique ways.
This earth is home to beautiful and rich diversity of life and experiences.
I am part of that beautiful patchwork and I take my place on earth with gratitude and joy.
I am at home on this earth and I am at home in this body.
I have two homes,
This body and this earth,
And I am so grateful for both.
I choose to connect to my body with love,
Joy and gratitude.
It is a gift and I will continue to receive this gift of my body with joyful appreciation more and more every day.
I am grateful to experience life on earth and I know that the earth supports me.
It nourishes me,
It houses me,
It provides me with everything that I have and everything that I need.
I am connected to this earth.
I am connected to the essence of life and I choose to live vibrantly and freely.
This is my life.
I choose to enjoy it.
I choose to be free of fear and I choose to immerse myself in an abundance of experiences.
I choose to see all the gifts that have been given to me in life.
I choose gratitude for the earth,
For the sky and for all of my opportunities.
I know that sometimes opportunities present themselves as challenges.
So when I am feeling challenged,
I always remember that I am resilient.
I am centered and I am strong.
I am open to the possibilities.
I trust that there are amazing infinite possibilities for which I cannot plan.
I choose to believe that this is an abundant universe and that there is more than enough for everyone.
I root to this earth and I connect to the core of myself.
I am a living creature experiencing life on earth in this moment.
I am here now and being here now is a gift.
I am beautifully connected to my body and I celebrate all that my body does for me every single day.
I use my senses playfully and thankfully.
I am grateful for my heartbeat.
I am grateful for all the systems of my body that function without even a conscious thought from me.
I respect myself and I choose actions that honor my spirit and my body.
I deserve to be here now exactly as I am.
I deserve to feel safe and to feel loved.
I choose to surround myself with people who uplift me and appreciate me.
I choose to be someone who uplifts and appreciates those around me.
I am part of a community of collective light.
There is blood pouring through my veins and I am so grateful for it.
I am grateful to all of the ancestors who came before me and survived long enough so that I could be here now.
So that I could have this blood,
This DNA,
And this moment.
I am grateful for the invisible strength and courage afforded to me by those ancestors.
I trust the wisdom of my body.
I choose to love my body.
I love my body.
I am courageous.
I am alive.
I nurture myself and I gladly take care of my well-being.
It is more than okay to put myself first.
When I take care of myself and communicate my needs,
I am better able to support and love those around me.
I thank my fears for all the times that they have kept me safe,
But I choose to release those fears that no longer serve me.
I choose to be free of anxieties that hold me back from my highest good.
I become more and more confident every day and I gladly take my place in this world as a powerful light.
