Hello,
And welcome to this five-minute universal love meditation.
My name is Julie,
And I invite you to listen to this meditation anytime you feel the need for an energetic boost or a vibrational shift in your awareness.
Let's begin.
First,
Find a comfortable seated position,
Possibly on the floor or on a cushion,
Or even sitting on a chair.
Ground down through the sits bones and lift through the crown.
Close the eyes and take a deep inhale through the nose and exhale,
Sigh or blow the air out of the mouth.
Do this a few times.
And then when you're ready,
Allow your natural breath to take over again.
Draw an awareness now to the top of your head and imagine a beautiful light forming there.
Feel and know that in that light,
There is a vibration of unconditional universal love.
See the color or colors of that light.
See it growing brighter,
Feel it growing warmer,
And then feel it beginning to wash over your body.
Feel the muscles of your face soften and relax.
Feel your shoulders release.
Feel your whole body respond easily and effortlessly to this light.
Let it wrap all around you.
And then start to breathe in that energy,
Feeling a calm and loving vibration move through every cell of the trillions of cells in your body.
And without attaching any feelings or any judgment,
Notice what you carry that keeps you heavy or weighs you down.
Where do you feel separate from the world,
From your loved ones,
From yourself?
See and feel these things however you do,
Whether in your physical,
Emotional,
Mental or spiritual bodies.
And avoid letting them carry you away.
Just simply notice them.
And then begin to breathe light and love into these heavy or dark spaces.
So for example,
If you feel lonely,
Breathe light and love into your loneliness.
If you believe you are not good enough,
Breathe light and love into your wounds.
And with every inhale,
Feel that light washing through you.
With every exhale,
Release your fears,
Release anything that no longer serves you.
And now see yourself as a drop in a vast ocean of universal love and connectedness,
Woven into the very fabric of this universe.
See and know yourself as radiant.
See and know yourself as connected.
Just by the act of inhaling and exhaling,
You are connected to others and to this earth.
And remember now that you have the ability to be a beautiful light for yourself and for others.
See yourself emanating loving kindness now.
And see this light guiding you through the rest of the day,
Guiding every interaction with yourself,
With others and with this world.
Feel and know yourself as radiant,
As full of love,
As a beautiful being of light.
And take a few deeper breaths.
Draw movement back into your precious fingers and toes and then feel light pulsing through you.
Gently open your eyes and shine forth.
