Welcome to this meditation on sowing the seeds of your intentions.
My name is Julie.
Thank you for allowing me to be your guide today.
For this meditation,
Consider lying on your back,
Possibly with your knees bent or pillow or bolster under your knees.
If you prefer to sit,
That's absolutely fine too.
Also consider using a blanket to keep yourself warm and comfortable throughout the meditation.
Once you've found that comfortable starting position,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath through the nose.
And then exhale,
Sigh and blow the air out of the mouth.
Do that a few times.
Deep inhale through the nose.
And again,
Deep exhale,
Sighing out the mouth.
Do that as many times as you need.
And when you're ready,
Settle back into the natural rhythm of your breath.
Feel your eyelids close heavily now over the eyes.
Feel them become so heavy that it's as if the eyelids could no longer open.
And then draw that same sense of heaviness up to the top of the crown.
And imagine this heavy calm pooling there.
And then feel it beginning to wash over your body.
So that your shoulders and your neck,
Your chest,
Hands,
Back,
Legs and arms all just begin to melt down.
Feel yourself completely at peace here.
In this state of peaceful heaviness now,
Imagine that the laws of physics no longer apply.
And feel as if you begin to safely fall beyond this floor,
This earth,
This realm.
And then feel yourself beginning to safely tumble through space and time.
Just enjoying this soft ride.
And as you are safely floating,
See that below you,
There is a beautiful sun-soaked field.
And then feel yourself landing gently on that beautiful,
Expansive field.
And know that this field represents the garden of your being.
And then see yourself standing in this beautiful field.
And look down at your hands and see that in your hands there are seeds.
And imagine that these seeds represent all that you wish to cultivate in your life.
And then see yourself beginning to plant the seeds in this open field.
And again,
Imagine that the laws of physics,
Of time and space,
Even of nature,
No longer apply here.
And imagine healing ground waters rushing to your seeds.
And that beautiful sun above casting loving energy down onto this field,
Already bringing about new growth.
And imagine those seeds beginning to germinate all around you.
Maybe seeds of joy look like bright sunflowers.
Maybe seeds of strength look like great oaks or sequoias.
See those seeds in whatever form they take on for you.
And then feel as if you are the painter here in this garden.
That this garden of your being,
Of your spirit,
Whatever name you'd like to give it,
Is a blank canvas.
And you are the painter,
You are the gardener.
And start to sprout your joy,
Your peace,
Your strength,
Your perseverance,
Your unconditional love.
Start to plant all of your intentions all around you.
And create this garden again in whatever way resonates for you.
And have a wander through it.
Maybe in this garden you have brought the ocean to the edge.
Maybe you have brought up a great forest.
And that in the forest are beautiful woodland animals.
See this peaceful space as your own.
Explore it.
Plant your intentions here.
And then from here,
Know that you can always come back to this space to plant your intentions.
And to also find peace.
And to just see and feel that sacred space,
That garden of yourself.
And imagine now that all these creations in your garden are vibrating and pulsing with a beautiful light.
Feel that energy pulsing off the petals of flowers,
Pulsing from the ground below.
And then imagine that light beginning to pool together into a beautiful sphere.
Draw that sphere of light toward you.
And then imagine tumbling back through space and time now,
Completely safe.
And then feel yourself landing here again in your body.
And then imagine that sphere of light coming right into your heart.
Filling you up.
And then feel as if your palms are like blossoms.
And your feet are like roots to this earth.
And that all that good energy,
All of those intentions are set into the cells of your body.
Know that you are this garden.
Know that you are the creator of your life.
And then begin to deepen your breath again.
And then from here,
Draw some movement back into your fingers,
Into your toes.
Allow them to dance.
And then gently open the eyes when you're ready.
Blessings for your journey.
Blessings for this life.
