What Do You Know About Emotions?

In this course, we will talk about what information, awareness, and wisdom they offer and invite us to gain. We will start letting go of all the expectations about what emotions are and what they look like and start tapping into what we know about them and how unique they are to each one of us. As we dive into different tools and perspectives you will be invited to receive, flow, and discover what works for you by creating a relationship with emotions from a space of ease and lightness.

In this lesson, we will be discovering a few interesting perspectives about the concept of emotion and what they are, and then starting to dive into what are they trying to communicate to us.

Leçon 3: What Can You Perceive About Emotions?

In this lesson, we dive into the most common emotion that was around when you were a child. How much were you aware of everyone else´s emotions and how much have you been making yourself responsible for them?

Leçon 4: Creating Coherence Within Your Emotional And Physical Body

In this lesson, we will be learning about tools and practices to generate coherence, trust, and authenticity that will pave the way for us to experience emotions with ease, allowing us to perceive the information available to us.
