Hello and welcome.
I'll invite you to start taking deep breaths in through the nose and long exhale through the mouth if available.
And slowly and gently allowing the body to tune in,
To relax.
Allowing the breath to flow through every part of your body.
And just setting any intention for today.
You would like to breathe in deeply,
To be more present.
Just allow your breath to help you and aid you in that process.
Just allowing the frequencies,
The sounds to settle in.
Noticing every muscle in your body.
And noticing if there is any specific area in your body that needs your attention.
And just guiding the breath to that area.
And allowing the frequencies to help you relax and enjoy.
And slowly starting to take gentle breaths.
Compassionate breaths towards your body,
Towards yourself.
Just allowing the energy,
The shifts to integrate in the best and highest way for you today.
Trusting that your body knows.
Trusting that you are choosing it today.
Just allow the breath to come back to normal.
Whenever you are ready,
Starting to wiggle your toes,
Your fingers.
And slowly coming back to the here and the now.
You can lie down for another couple of minutes.
Or if you are ready,
You can start opening your eyes and coming back.
