Thank you for letting me receive the pleasure of a warm hug,

A tender touch,

And the loving kiss from a loved one.

Body,

Thank you for the release and pleasure of knowing that you handle all the functions that keep me alive,

The rhythmic beating of my heart,

Digesting the delicious food I savor,

Breathing in the air that nourishes me,

And regulating all the endocrine functions that I don't fully understand.

Thank you,

Body,

For enabling me to experience this life in the most perfect way possible for me,

And for sharing your profound wisdom.

You hold all the pieces of information necessary for me to be here,

Living,

Enjoying,

And cherishing this adventure.

Body,

Thank you for the joy of being human,

Experiencing the delicate beauty and fragility of this perfect vessel,

My earthly vehicle.

Thank you for the bliss of waking up each morning as a new person,

And for regenerating millions of cells to ensure my optimal functioning.

Thank you,

Body,

For managing all these processes and systems that allow me to enjoy the pleasure of life and the bliss of being alive.

And from this day onward,

I choose to fully embrace and enjoy all of this.

I allow each day to be more magnificent and miraculous,

And I express my appreciation for you with every smile,

Every hug,

And every act of kindness towards myself,

The earth,
