Get yourself comfortable.
Start taking a couple of deep breaths.
Starting to allow your body to tune in with your energy,

Organs.
And just allowing the breath to flow naturally without forcing it.
Taking a big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Allowing any stress,
Any tension in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Any stiffness to just dissolve.
Taking one more cleansing breath.

I'll ask you to close your eyes.
And just starting to become aware of where in your body you are holding either an emotion,
You're holding tension,
Maybe it just feels stiff,
Or maybe it's just your body asking for a bit more comfort and support.

Just focus your energy to that area.
Guiding the energy flow and allowing any thoughts,
Any feelings to just flow through without judging them.
Now I'm going to ask you to visualize a thread of light coming out of your second chakra.
Three fingers below your belly button.
And just visualize this thread of light shooting down towards the center of the earth.
You can visualize this thread as a root,
As a string of light.
You can have colors,
You can have flowers,
It can be big,
Small,
Thick,
Or thin.
It is your connection to the earth.
Just take a couple of moments to connect with that thread of light.
And just start sending it down towards the center of the earth,
Going through the floor,
Going through the soil,
Any rocks,
The layer of water,
And going through and going through the layer of lava,
Maybe more soil,
More rock,
Until you see far away the beautiful center of mother earth,
This luminous,
This grandiose light.
And this energy,
This light feels so familiar,
Feels warm,
Kind,
Compassionate.
And that light is inviting you to join in,
To connect.
And you choose to connect to that center of the earth,
Gaia,
The earth's soul.
And you start perceiving the infiniteness,
The communion,
The connection,
The union that you are with all this beautiful planet.
And you allow this energy to penetrate this thread of light,
And just allowing whatever sensations to flow through.
And in this space,
In this moment where you are connected to your roots,
You're connected to the rest of the beings in this planet that feed off this beautiful light,
You feel a sense of belonging.
This moment as the universe that you know what it is and what it feels like to install in your being the true definition of oneness,
Of true communion,
With the entire universe.
