
Creating A Communion With Your Physical Body
In this meditation, we will start with a brief chat about You and your body and we will proceed with a meditation to acknowledge and be in gratitude with it. The intention is to nurture this connection, to reopen and re-establish communication channels creating a communion within. You can listen to this meditation lying down or in a seated position. Hello,
Welcome to this meditation creating a communion with your body.
In this meditation we will start with a brief chat about the body and you and we will proceed with a meditation to acknowledge and being gratitude with it.
The intention is to create a communion with your body and to reopen and re-establish the communication channels with your body and in this process creating this beautiful communion within.
You can listen to this meditation lying down or in a seated position.
So first of all thank you for being here.
Let's start with what is communion and I want to make it clear I am NOT referring to this concept as a religious term but more about the non-religious definition of communion which is an act or instance of sharing.
So first of all let's chat a bit about you,
The infinite being that you are and your body and how they are two separate things.
You are not your body.
You,
The being,
Are living in this planet through this human body and you,
The infinite being that is you,
Are not bound to the physical form because you cannot be contained in this finite body.
Your body is inside you,
The being.
I love this analogy of the car as it's very easy for me to be able to visualize it so I'm gonna talk to you about this hoping it will be a bit clearer for you.
So imagine your body is a car and it can take you to different places,
It can go fast,
Slow,
You can change it up,
Change it colors,
Pump it up,
Etc.
And you,
The being,
Are the driver.
So essentially the car on its own cannot and will not work without you.
But on the other hand you,
The being,
Can leave the car parked somewhere and go someplace else without your car.
Whenever you want you can return to your car and continue with your travels.
So essentially you,
The being,
Are utilizing this car in order to experience this planet,
Go places,
Travel and have fun together.
And if you are a conscious driver you can choose where to go,
How fast,
How to get there,
When to get there and also you can choose unconsciousness and whenever you do this it's similar to when you are sleeping and then you turn on the autopilot.
Imagine self-driving cars that will be available in the near future.
Your car will continue driving on its own and you will essentially have no idea where you're going,
How fast or slow you're going because you are not conscious of this.
So this car will,
Which is your body,
Will essentially grab a Google Maps predetermined destination,
Predetermined map or travel journey and just go with that.
And because you are not conscious of it you cannot actually go ahead and change these Google Maps and just choose wherever you want to go because you are asleep.
And the thing is you will not realize that you are able to change it because you are the driver.
So hope this is clear and for today we will start with a quick meditation to create space for you to acknowledge you,
The infinite being that you truly are.
And we do this or I'll invite you to do this by distraining and creating anything that doesn't allow that to show up for you with ease.
So in the following meditation I'll be using the access consciousness clearing statement.
Don't worry if you don't understand the words or if your mind goes flop.
What is she talking about?
This is not uncommon and it is actually designed so that your cognitive mind doesn't get it so we can address the energy.
Clear that and you can start accessing more space of you.
You can start accessing you,
The true infinite being that you are.
So I'll invite you to lay down or sit in a comfortable position if you're not already doing so.
And if it's comfortable and you choose to you can start by closing your eyes and just start becoming aware of your breath.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Allowing the breath to bring you back to a neutral calm state.
Taking a few minutes breathing in through the nose and long exhales through the mouth.
This helps the nervous system come to a neutral state allowing you to receive this information with ease.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Now I'll invite you to continue normal breaths.
Just allowing whatever awareness,
Whatever thoughts,
Feelings,
Sensations that are coming.
Just let them be without resisting them or accepting them.
Just letting them be without judgment or resentment.
And in this moment,
In this space,
I ask the universe to fill this space with love and light.
With stillness and peace.
Allowing you to perceive a sense of ease,
Lightness and safety.
Slowly allowing your body to feel soft,
Open and lowering down any walls,
Structures that keep you from truly acknowledging the infinite being that you truly are.
And receiving anything that comes up,
Any judgments,
Points of views,
Conclusions and simply becoming aware of them.
And if you choose to,
You can ask yourself who does this thought belong to?
Just allow the awareness of the question to come through.
You can return it to sender with consciousness attached and letting go of whatever is not serving you in this moment.
You continue to lower any walls,
Any bars,
Any structures that keep you from truly being you.
From truly acknowledging your infiniteness.
Taking gentle breaths.
And if any resistance comes through,
Your mind is racing,
Just let it be.
You're not doing it incorrectly.
You're not doing it correctly.
There is no right or wrong way of doing this.
Just allow yourself to perceive the energy that's coming through for you.
What energy,
Space,
Consciousness,
Miracles,
Magic and possibilities can you and your body be to be in total communion with ease,
With grace,
With glory.
And everything that doesn't allow that to show up for you,
Everything that doesn't allow that to exist in your universe,
Would you be willing to destroy and uncreate it?
You can just say yes in your mind or out loud.
Good and bad,
Right or wrong,
Pot and pock,
All nine,
Boys,
Shorts,
Povots and beyonds.
And just addressing whatever energy,
Point of view,
Solidification is keeping you from being you.
And just letting that go.
What would it take for you to acknowledge the infinite being that you truly be with ease right now?
And everything that doesn't allow you to know,
Be,
Receive,
Would you be willing to destroy and create?
Pot and pock.
Just continue taking deep breaths,
Just being present with the energy,
The awareness.
And I'll give you a few minutes to acknowledge the greatness of your body.
To acknowledge all the adventures that you have had and created with your body.
When was the last time you chose to be present with all the beautiful,
Amazing adventures that you and your body have experienced together?
All of the places you have seen,
Felt,
Heard.
Just take a moment to acknowledge the power and the potency that you and your body truly be.
And being in awe and gratitude with your body.
And taking a deep breath in,
A conscious,
Present,
Deep breath.
Allowing the fresh air to travel through every part of your body.
And just letting go.
Taking a few more moments to bask in this infiniteness,
In this gratitude.
And now I invite you to ask your body what it requires from you.
Maybe there is something that your body is truly desiring.
To experience,
To taste,
To see or hear.
And allow any awarenesses into your field.
You can just ask body,
What would what would you like to experience,
Taste,
See,
Hear,
Create,
Feel?
That I haven't even thought of before.
What would bring you and your body great pleasure and joy that you haven't allowed yourself to receive?
And everything that doesn't allow you to have clarity with what your body is trying to communicate,
Trying to express.
Would you be willing to destroy and create?
Just say yes,
Good and bad,
Right or wrong,
All nine,
Boys,
Shorts,
Poets and beyonds,
And pot and pock,
All of the electromagnetics and the big five that keep you from having complete clarity and consciousness with this.
Beautiful.
And you can sit with this a few more minutes and just receiving whatever comes,
Whatever gifts,
Whatever awarenesses you can receive.
Taking a couple more deep breaths,
Gentle,
Kind breaths.
