Leçon 1
Retreat Orientation And Preparation
This initial track is here to help support you in preparing for your retreat. I will go through the retreat format, and when is the best time to listen to it. I will offer suggestions on how you can accommodate for the deepest soul growth on this journey together. We will talk about silence, eating, technology, letting others know about your retreat, creating healthy boundaries, preparing your space, what items you need for the retreat, and how you can show up ready and prepared to begin the retreat venture.

Day 1 - Morning Opening Ceremony
We begin by setting up a sacred space and calling in your guides and helpers. Then you will have space to connect with your intentions for your retreat. We will do a healing visualization practice connecting with the elements of nature. To finish the morning practice we will do a releasing ceremony with the breath.

Day 1 - Afternoon Practice
Today we venture into an in depth gratitude practice on your past and all aspects of your life. We will then do a gratitude practice focused on your present life to access more joy. We finish the afternoon by calming the mind with a presence practice through a silent meditation.
Leçon 4
Day 1 - Evening Practice
We begin with a movement practice to help you shift out heavy or negative energy. We will then welcome through movement loving and healthy energy into your energy field. We will complete the day with our first contemplation practice. Contemplating a powerful question that brings self discovery and deeper awareness of who you are.
Leçon 5
Day 2 - Morning Practice
This morning we will do a very in depth body scan and energy field scan. The goal of this scan is to help you practice detachment from judgement, impermanence, and presence. It is also a deeply relaxing practice for the mind and body. We will then do our presence practice silent meditation, and finish with a higher self connection meditation and visualization.

Day 2 - Afternoon Practice
This afternoon practice is one of my personal favorites. You will be starting with an in depth self energy healing session. Bringing in positive energy and releasing heaviness and negativity from your field. You will be connecting intuitively to your energy body and the messages it has for you. Then you will be doing a law of attraction practice. You will go through the major areas in your life and spend some time visualizing, and practicing feelingization to help bring that dream into reality.

Day 2 - Evening Practice
We will begin with a movement and dance practice. This will help you with an in depth release of what is no longer serving you. You will then connect with your true self through movement. You will partake in a self love practice as you write yourself an appreciation or thank you card. You will finish with a contemplation question that will help bring clarity and guidance on what you are.

Day 3 - Morning Practice
Let's do a presence practice through a silent meditation to help you arrive and relax your mind. Then we will do an energy healing session on yourself to continue the healing from day 2. We will go even deeper and trust that whatever you are ready to release will be released.
Leçon 9
Day 3 - Afternoon Practice
Let's do our God Box/Intention Jar/Wish Vessel in the practice this afternoon. You need small pieces of paper that you can write on to place in your vessel. You will also need a vessel, jar or box (feel free to craft and paint or draw on it to add some extra magic). We will infuse your wishes with some energy and magic before placing them into the vessel. You will then be guided to infuse the vessel itself with some magical energy to help empower your wishes.

Day 3 - Evening Closing Ceremony
Our contemplation practice has a theme of love today. After the contemplation practice, we will bring our question into our movement and dance practice. Then through movement and dance you will do a self love dance practice. We will finish with a closing ceremony. There is a special gift waiting for you at the very end of the retreat.
