In this session, you’ll learn the fundamentals of the pain management model. Understand what pain is, the reasons behind pain, and how you can work together with your mind and body to release pain. You’ll also learn about how and why the practices work, and how and when to use them.

Applying The Model: Daily Practice
This is your daily guided practice which will support you in collaborating with your unconscious mind to reprogramme those aversive sensations. Once the cause of the sensations has been dealt with, you no longer need to receive those messages in the same way and so it's quite safe to create a comfortable experience for yourself.
Leçon 3
Responding In The Moment: SOS Practice
Today’s practice helps your mind to find a softer, gentler and more comfortable interpretation, sending the message back via the brain that you can relax and you may even let go of any aversive sensations. You can use this practice any time you need it, and you may find that you are able to take some of the tools used and apply them yourself as you’re out and about.
