Creativity Is Your Birthright
In this opening session, you’ll be gently welcomed into the course and invited to reconnect with a powerful idea: that creativity is not something reserved for a few, but a natural part of being human.
Together, we’ll explore what creativity really means beyond traditional art forms, and begin to shift any assumptions about who gets to be creative. You’ll be encouraged to reflect on what creativity means to you, and how it already shows up in your life, often in ways you may not have fully recognised.

What's Getting In The Way?
In this session, we begin exploring what may be blocking your creativity. You’ll be introduced to the concept of limiting beliefs, the quiet thoughts and assumptions that can interrupt your creative flow and make you hesitate, doubt yourself, or hold back. Through gentle reflection and a short grounding exercise, you’ll start to notice the thoughts that arise when you consider doing something creative, especially the ones that appear after “I’d love to… but.” By the end of this session, you can expect to have a growing awareness of the inner beliefs that may be influencing your creativity, and a clearer sense of what might be getting in the way, creating the foundation for deeper exploration in the sessions to come.

Identifying The Limiting Belief
In this session, you’ll take the first step in transforming your relationship with creativity: identifying a limiting belief that may be holding you back. Through a guided exercise, you’ll explore something creative you feel drawn to and notice the thought that arises, often the quiet “but” that follows your curiosity. You’ll be invited to bring this belief into the light and name it clearly, without judgment. During this session, you'll be invited to identify a specific belief about your creativity, which will give you greater awareness and a powerful starting point for change in the sessions ahead.

Understanding The Origin
In this session, you’ll explore where your limiting belief may have come from. Through gentle reflection, you’ll begin to uncover the experiences, messages, or influences that shaped this belief, whether from school, family, culture, or past creative experiences. You’ll be guided to consider whose voice the belief might represent, and whether it truly belongs to you. By the end of this session, you can expect to have a deeper understanding of the origins of your belief, helping you create a little more space around it and begin to loosen its hold.

Understanding The Function
In this session, you’ll explore the purpose your limiting belief may have been serving. Rather than seeing it as something entirely negative, you’ll be invited to understand how it may have been trying to protect you, perhaps from judgment, failure, or vulnerability. Through guided reflection, you’ll begin to recognise the logic behind the belief and why it may have stayed with you. By the end of this session, you can expect to feel more compassionate toward yourself and your experience, while also beginning to see that you have a choice about whether this belief still serves you.

Exploring The Impact
In this session, you’ll explore how your limiting belief may have influenced your creative choices and experiences. You’ll be guided to reflect on the ways it may have shaped your behaviour, from hesitation and self-doubt to holding back or not starting at all. Through gentle enquiry, you’ll also begin to consider what might have been possible without this belief, and what might be possible in the future. This session will give you a clearer understanding of how this belief has affected your creativity and help you recognise that new choices and possibilities are available to you.

Challenging The Belief
In this session, you’ll begin gently challenging your limiting belief by looking for evidence that it may not be entirely true. Through guided reflection, you’ll explore real examples from your life that offer a different perspective. This step helps create space between you and the belief, allowing you to see it more clearly as a thought, rather than a fixed truth. By the end of this session, you can expect to feel a shift in how solid the belief feels, with a growing sense of possibility and openness to new ways of thinking about your creativity.

Transforming The Belief
In this session, you’ll begin transforming your limiting belief into a more supportive and empowering one. You’ll be guided to create a simple statement that reflects how you want to relate to your creativity moving forward.
This is an opportunity to consciously choose a new story, one that supports curiosity, growth, and creative exploration. By the end of this session, you can expect to have a personal, supportive belief that feels encouraging and aligned with the creative life you want to explore.

Taking Creative Action
In this session, you’ll take an important step from insight into action. You’ll be guided to choose a small, simple creative action that gently supports your new belief and allows you to begin moving forward.
Rather than aiming for perfection, this is about experimentation, taking a small step with curiosity and openness.
By the end of this session, you can expect to have chosen (or taken) a meaningful creative action, helping you build momentum and gather new evidence that supports your creative potential.
Leçon 10
Reflection & Integration
In this final session, you’ll take time to reflect on your journey through the course and integrate what you’ve discovered. You’ll revisit the belief you’ve been working with, the new perspective you’ve developed, and the action you’ve taken. Through guided reflection, you’ll acknowledge the progress you’ve made and reconnect with your creativity as something always available to you. By the end of this session, you can expect to feel a greater sense of confidence, clarity, and connection to your creativity, along with a deeper trust in your ability to continue exploring and creating beyond the course.
