This is an opportunity to explore how cultivating gratitude can support your creativity. This track is created to support your daily journaling practice and is for anyone who would like encouragement and support to discover their creative freedom.

I'll share a reflective question for you to explore either in writing or through meditation.

So settle in,

Perhaps with your journal or just by sitting quietly,

And let's begin this creative practice together.

Cultivating feelings of gratitude not only help us feel good about ourselves and others,

But it helps us to focus attention on all the beautiful gifts life gives us on a daily basis.

I invite you to notice and embrace the creative gifts in your life and experience how cultivating deep gratitude can support your creativity and well-being.

So take a few moments now to ground yourself in the moment.

Deepen your breath and consider this question.
