Get yourself comfortable in a safe space and close your eyes if it's safe to do so.
Now take a deep breath.
The deepest breath you've taken so far today.
Now picture yourself as a tiny,
Shiny apple seed.
You're nestled safely in the earth.
Surrounded by rich,
Warm soil.
In this cozy space,
You feel secure knowing that everything you need to grow is already inside you.
Now say silently to yourself,
I have everything I need inside me to grow.

As you rest in this secure,
Nurturing space,
Feel the urge to grow.
It's a gentle yet powerful sensation.
Something inside you knows it's time to expand,
To reach for the light above.
You can sense this light calling you and even though you can't see it yet,
Deep down you trust this light completely.
Now silently say to yourself,
I can trust that my inner nature draws me to the light.
I can trust that my inner nature draws me to the light.
Feel yourself beginning to move.
Slowly,
Steadily,
You reach upwards,
Pushing through the soil.
The ground around you is soft,
Yielding and it supports your growth.
You keep reaching and eventually you break through the surface,
Emerging into the light.
As you emerge,
The warmth of the sun welcomes you.
The world around you feels fresh,
Open and ready for your presence.
Now say to yourself,
The world welcomes my creative nature.
The world welcomes me.
Now picture yourself as a young sapling.
You're growing stronger each day,
Dancing gently in the breeze.
The sun warms your leaves and the wind carries the songs of the birds and the buzz of the bees.
These creatures visit you,
Bringing new energy and inspiration.
Take a moment to really feel that sensation of growth,
Of energy coursing through your being.
And say to yourself,
The world provides me with what I need to grow into my fullest self.

As time passes,
You mature into a strong,
Majestic apple tree.
Your roots are deep and firm,
Keeping you grounded,
While your branches stretch outwards,
Reaching towards the sky.
In the spring,
You're covered in beautiful blossoms,
Inviting bees to collect your nectar and pollinate your flowers.
In the autumn,
Your branches hang heavy with abundant,
Delicious apples,
Which nourish those who pass by.
As you picture yourself as this abundant,
Thriving tree,
Repeat this affirmation.
I am abundant beyond measure,
And I bless the world with my creativity.
Hold this image of the apple tree in your mind for a moment.
Feel the strength and serenity in its growth.
The abundance it offers to the world without hesitation or fear.
Just like this tree,
You are naturally creative.
Your creativity flows from within you,
Effortlessly,
Like the tree's blossoms and fruit.
Now take a moment to scan your body.
Do you feel that same energy of creativity within you?
Perhaps it feels like a warmth in your chest,
Or a sense of expansion in your heart.
Wherever it resides,
Notice it and know that you can return to this feeling of abundant creativity anytime you need it.

To help you to anchor to it in the future.
Begin to come back into the room now.
Gently open your eyes and start to notice the world around you.

Creativity is as natural to you as it is to the apple tree.
