Today I invite you to remind yourself of all the good feelings that come when we're in the creative flow.
What does it feel like when your creativity is simply flowing,
You're in the zone,
In the moment,
Doing without thinking and completely absorbed in a co-creative conversation between your creative impulses and the music or words or paint or movement or whatever the medium is that you choose to play in?
Touch into those nourishing feelings this morning and allow them to fill your body and mind as you reflect on today's question.
When you're comfortable and ready to do so,
Take some deeper breaths and for the next few minutes,
Take some time to ask yourself the question,
What does it feel like to be in my creative flow?
