This guided meditation is an invitation to remind yourself of all the good feelings that come when you’re in the creative flow. It’s an opportunity to touch on how good it feels to allow your creativity to flow from you with ease and abundance. I’ll spend a couple of minutes encouraging you and introducing our topic before asking you a simple question to spark your reflections. Then, there will be a few minutes of peaceful ambient sound with a beginning and ending bell included to accompany your meditation, journaling, or reflection. This is an opportunity to explore what being in the flow of your creativity means for you so that you can find your way back to that space more easily. This meditation is for anyone who would like some encouragement and support to discover their creative freedom.

Welcome to this episode of Morning Mindfulness for Creativity.

These sessions are crafted to give you a mindful and inspiring start to your day.

By pausing for just a few moments,

You can reconnect with your innate creativity and the abundance already within you.

Each session offers a reflective question,

Inviting you to explore with curiosity and openness.

Whether you choose to journal your thoughts or simply sit in quiet reflection,

This time is yours to awaken inspiration and creativity.

So find a comfortable space,

Bring along your journal if you'd like and let's begin this mindful moment together.

Today I invite you to remind yourself of all the good feelings that come when we're in the creative flow.

What does it feel like when your creativity is simply flowing,

You're in the zone,

In the moment,

Doing without thinking and completely absorbed in a co-creative conversation between your creative impulses and the music or words or paint or movement or whatever the medium is that you choose to play in?

Touch into those nourishing feelings this morning and allow them to fill your body and mind as you reflect on today's question.

When you're comfortable and ready to do so,

Take some deeper breaths and for the next few minutes,

Take some time to ask yourself the question,

What does it feel like to be in my creative flow?
