Learn How To Clear Away Debris From the Chakras With The Mantra Om

In this course, we will go over a meditation I have crafted to profoundly clear, purify, and cleanse each of the chakras while repeating the universal mantra OM. We will first merge awareness and breath with the sensations at different points along the spine. Then, we will introduce visualizations of orbs of energy with the respective colors of each chakra before audibly, and later silently, repeating the mantra OM several times. This practice is uniquely transformative in its own right, yet it allows us to enter a free and clear state to deepen our other meditation practices. The course will contain audio notes further going over the mechanics of the practice as well as the standalone meditation. This technique is also a very potent sleep aid, so you can tailor its use to meet your own needs, moment by moment. This meditation is inspired by the teachings of Forrest Knutson, Atma Kirti, and Devatma Saraswati, and it's my own adaptation incorporating the phrasing I have picked up from some of my other trainings.
Stefano is a certified meditation coach and yoga nidra facilitator with over 5 years of experience guiding and receiving different styles of meditation. Through his extensive training with different lineages, he has crafted this practice to clear, purify, and cleanse the chakras to then facilitate the exploration of other meditations.

We briefly go over what we will be doing during the main practice, and we also discuss possible modifications for those who may be injured or who prefer to practice in other postures.
Leçon 2
Meditation: Total Purification And Clearing Of The Chakras With The Mantra OM
We will use simple repetitions of the mantra OM at each Chakra to clear away any debris from the rest of our days. This practice will interweave awareness and breath as we explore sensations at each energy center before inviting images and sounds to enhance our experience. Resolve to remain awake and alert during the practice, yet supremely comfortable and relaxed. If you have any underlying stress or anxiety, notice how you feel before and after the session. You are welcome to do this practice before you take a nap or go to bed at night as it will hopefully help you induce a very blissful and profound state of deep sleep.
