Par Heather Schenck

Commencer Jour 1
Ce que vous apprendrez
Gratitude is the fertile soil to a more joyful, fulfilling life. By expanding our ability to recognize the natural gifts of life we are given, we enrich our lives by increasing the happiness we experience. During this class, students can expect to learn practical ways to practice gratitude on a daily basis in their lives. They will learn how to cultivate a mind that is attuned to the gifts in their lives, and a heart that grows wiser and more joyful.

Leçon 1
Discovering The Abundance In Our Lives
This first class will introduce the topic of gratitude, as well as illuminate it's importance in building a happy life. We will discover through contemplation and exercises ways to train the brain to focus on the gifts we are naturally given in our lives. Students will have the opportunity to listen to a talk and engage in a gratitude practice as well.
Leçon 2
Pause To Expand
We tend to focus more on the things that aren't going well in our lives. This class acknowledges this block to gratitude and offers ways to compensate this natural state of focusing on the negative. Students will be guided through simple steps to incorporate more opportunities for gratitude and joy in their daily lives.
Leçon 3
Fields Of Gratitude
This class awakens in students the ability to recognize the gifts in their lives they may be overlooking. There are many opportunities for gratitude, yet it's all too common that we skim over them. The boundless gifts we are given each day is illuminated in this final class of the series.

While attention to gratitude is not new to me, I can always benefit from reminders, refreshment, and maybe a surprise or two from someone else’s insights. That’s what Heather brings to this short course. Her personal stories about herself and her family are beautifully woven into her teaching and feel just right for this moment. Thank you Heather! 🙏🏼
