Andrew has training in Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques. Along with deep experience in EFT (tapping) and coaching, Andrew has spent most of his 30-year career helping people Relax, Change and Create solutions to stress, anxiety, insomnia, and physical/emotional barriers to success.

Day 1: Crafting Your Personal Mission Statement
Today is all about introspection and discovery, the stepping stone for personal growth. Crafting your personal mission statement is an exercise in mindfulness that allows you to articulate your values and goals in life, providing clarity and focus.

Day 2: Visualising Your Future
Today, we unlock the power of our imagination to visualise our desired future. You will identify three achievements that you will be proud to accomplish by this time next week, setting a clear and focused vision for the week ahead.

Day 3: Clearing Resistance
Today, we explore the concept of resistance and visualise a life where we allow things to flow naturally. We journey into a world without barriers, embracing the idea of going with the flow.

Day 4: Prioritise What Matters
Today, we hone our focus onto one area of our life where we feel overwhelmed. We take the first step towards alleviating that overwhelm by identifying the 'one thing' we can do to improve that part of our life.

Day 5: The Power Of No
Today, we navigate the sometimes challenging landscape of saying 'no.' We learn to ask ourselves key questions to help us decide whether to say 'yes' or 'no' to a request, and we begin to appreciate the importance of setting boundaries for our well-being.

Day 6: Discover Your "Why"
Today is about discovering our "why", the underlying purpose behind our desires. We will learn that by asking 'why' repeatedly, we can uncover deeper motivations that drive us, offering us more understanding and clarity about our true desires and goals.

Day 7: Practice Gratitude
On day 7, we will practice gratitude, focusing on the positive aspects of the upcoming day. By reflecting on these positive things, we start our day feeling uplifted and content.

Day 8: Recognise The Problem
Today, we focus on recognising the problems that may be causing frustration in our lives. By cultivating awareness and paying attention to recurring patterns, we can make the first important step towards dealing with these issues.
Leçon 9
Day 9: The Big Picture
On Day 9, we focus on gaining perspective. By envisioning ourselves in the future, we are able to assess our current worries from a detached standpoint. This exercise can help us realise that many of our current troubles may not be as significant in the grand scheme of things as we think.
