Self-esteem plays an important part in our lives whether we are aware of it or not. So, what is self-esteem and why do we need to have it? Self-esteem is all about your overall sense of self-worth. It’s about how much you like or appreciate all the little things that make you unique. Because all these things will ultimately determine who you are, what you can do, who you become, and the overall quality of your life. In other words, if you looked long and hard in the mirror, could you honestly say that you feel good about yourself? If the answer is not really or it could be better or something to that effect, then this course is designed to help you grow your self-esteem in just five sessions. The course includes sessions on appreciating your strengths, affirming, and accepting who you are, eliminating negative self-talk, and eliminating toxic relationships. Included are powerful affirmations and meditations that will help you transform your beliefs about yourself. We also will be connecting with your truth, that inner wise voice within you by doing mirror work, which is a powerful way to work deeply with yourself and create profound changes. Gratitude & Appreciating Your Strengths
In this session, you will learn to see self-esteem that begins with loving who you are, accepting who you are, and appreciating your strengths. If you can’t appreciate who you are, you’ll never have good self-esteem. In this session, we have a meditation where you’ll be uncovering and reflecting on all your wonderful strengths and gifts even if you can’t think of any right now.
Leçon 2
Affirming & Accepting Who You Are
In this session, we reflect on and affirm who you are. You don’t need to be someone else; you only need to love who you already are. This is a powerful session as we retrain your brain into stating positive language that your subconscious is listening to. We do a powerful meditation with positive affirmations where you will deeply and totally accept every aspect of yourself unconditionally and without exception.
Leçon 3
Eliminating Negative Self-Talk
This session is where you will be working on eliminating toxic negative self-talk, and this is important. It’s time to challenge that inner critic and put it in the corner and start building a kind and loving self-concept and develop uplifting positive self-talk. Remember, we become what we repeatedly say and it’s time to make it positive and believe it. After this session, your inner dialogue will change your mindset and how you feel about yourself making you less vulnerable to criticism.

Eliminating Toxic Relationships
In this session, we’re going to declutter your life of toxic relationships. By eliminating the time and involvement you have in toxic relationships, you'll have time to devote to people who deserve your time and attention, and you’ll see a dramatic improvement in your self-esteem.

Affirm Others & Mirror Work
In this session, we learn about the surprising power of affirming others and creating a circle of positive energy. We will also be doing mirror work which is a powerful way to work deeply with yourself and create profound changes. Reconnecting with this part of you enables you to live from the heart and confidently take actions that support your heart's desire, and once your self-confidence soars, you’ll find you become a force to be reckoned with.
