This is designed for you if you have a specific goal that you would like to manifest in your life and yet you feel that something keeps getting in the way. Over the next three days, we will explore the resistance you might be experiencing around manifesting this goal. You will be guided through a process to uncover any inner parts that may feel uneasy about this goal you’re striving for and learn how to support them. By addressing this resistance, you can then create more space to be able to hold and nurture your vision. We will then go through a guided meditation to help anchor your goal in your subconscious mind, making it feel more familiar and achievable and strengthening your connection to it. Resistance Is Part Of The Game
Lesson 1 is about understanding the process of how having a goal/vision and working towards it is also likely to naturally stir up some resistance within our system as we are being called to support and clear what needs our attention in order to move forward with more inner alignment.
Leçon 2
Working With The Resistance
In Lesson 2, I will guide you through a practice that will help you explore the parts that come up as resistance or doubt when it comes to you moving towards your goal so that you can support them and help them. If you feel like you need more time to listen to the answers, feel free to pause through the meditation and then resume when ready. This practice is best done when you know you have some uninterrupted time to yourself so you can best listen to the messages that will come through your system and go inwards.

Bringing Your Goal Into Reality
In Lesson 3, I will guide you through an anchoring technique so that you strengthen the connection to your goal or vision and make it more familiar for your subconscious mind so that you can bring it into reality with more ease and flow.
