Welcome to this meditation.
This was created to help you anchor a change that you would like to bring into your life and it can be any area of your life that you would like to bring a development or change.
So when you're ready,
Take a comfortable seat or lie down and make sure you will not be disturbed for the next few minutes.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and when you exhale just feel everything relaxing and let everything go.
Now bring to your awareness that specific change that you desire to bring into your life and imagine that it is happening now at this moment.
Can you see what would be the specific environment in which you would experience this change?
How do you visualize that new environment to look like?
See what details it has,
Maybe where are you,
How does it look,
How does it feel,
Maybe see if anyone else is there with you.
And now see how would you like to be behaving differently in this environment.
What is it that needs to change in order for you to do that?
If someone was watching you there in that environment,
What is it that they would see or hear you doing there?
Notice with detail if possible.
Now see what talents or abilities do you need to practice and work on in this environment.
What would be something that you need to bring more into this environment?
And now see what resources do you already have in your hands so that you can start being effective in your new environment having that change.
What are some things that you are good at and what would be also good for others,
Whether they are involved in the change?
And now that you are seeing how that change would look like,
Notice what is it that is most important to you about this change,
Why is that change important to you to have,
What is it that this change means for you.
See who are you willing to become to embody that change?
Is this change in line with your values?
If yes,
See what is the greater purpose of this change for your life?
And now notice what is the purpose of this change for you.
See what is the greater purpose of this change for your life?
And how could all of this change have an impact at a level that is even more important than yourself,
That is more important for the greater whole when that change happens.
Now that you gained all these new insights and all this new understanding about the change that you would like to bring into your life,
Take it all with you and return to your body and the place that you are in.
And become aware of the room or your environment,
Open your eyes.
