Hello and welcome to this practice.
Make yourself comfortable,
Either take a comfortable sitting position or lie down.
And when you feel ready,
Close your eyes.
Start noticing your breathing.
And imagine that every time you're breathing out,
Your whole body is relaxing and you are letting go.
Breathe in by sending the air lower to your belly.
And when you let it go,
Your muscles soften and your body is feeling more and more relaxed.
Now bring to your mind the image of yourself,
How you look like.
Or if it's easier,
Maybe bring the feeling of yourself,
How it feels like to be you.
See or feel yourself and start imagining being loving and caring towards yourself.
How would that feel or look like?
Feel that you're accepting yourself as you are and recognize how worthy and how wonderful you are.
If you feel it's hard to do so and you're thinking that you are not because of whatever reason,
Know that you are worthy regardless of anything else.
Your worth is innate.
When you were born,
You were worthy,
You could feel your worth.
It's just that afterwards you might have blocked your contact with it,
Influenced by your environment,
In which environment maybe people had blocked their contact with their own worth and therefore they couldn't help anyone else see theirs.
But your worth is there.
It always was.
You came into this world with it and you still have it within you.
Feel this love and acceptance that you have for yourself.
Maybe imagine hugging yourself or giving them something that they like or dancing with them or doing anything that your soul really enjoys doing.
Now imagine yourself in your daily life,
At home,
At work or in social situations and imagine that you're having complete self-acceptance in each situation.
See yourself feeling confident and at ease with all the people that you interact with.
Now say to yourself,
I love and accept myself as I am in this stage of my evolution.
Let this phrase sink in.
I love and accept myself as I am in this stage of my evolution.
Now imagine that you're standing in front of your family and you're saying the same phrase.
I love and accept myself as I am in this stage of my evolution.
Now imagine yourself standing in front of a big crowd of people and you're repeating the same phrase while you feel it deeply.
I love and accept myself as I am in this stage of my evolution.
Say it as many times as you wish.
Now imagine that you are loudly saying the same phrase,
Imagining that the whole universe can hear you.
I love and accept myself as I am in this stage of my evolution.
Feel it coming from within you,
Towards the universe and fear receiving it back from the universe.
Notice that in the examples before that you said that phrase to your family or to the crowd of people,
You weren't necessarily concerned about what anyone of all these people thought about you.
You accept yourself and others,
No matter what their opinions are.
Your worth is within you,
No matter what you do.
And now that you're accepting yourself more,
You find it easier to accept others and see that you don't need their acceptance.
Because the acceptance that you give to yourself has so much more power and helps you to be your authentic self without acting out of fear so that you get accepted by others.
And then as a result,
You are having healthier relationships with other people,
Relationships that are based on true love and connection.
Imagine that you're free to be yourself.
How does this allow you to flow through life and to bring your uniqueness to this world?
Take this feeling with you and slowly start bringing your awareness back into your body and your breath.
And when you're back into the room,
Start feeling the contact with the surface below you.
Bring slow movement to your body and open your eyes.
The more you practice bringing these images and feelings to your awareness,
The more it will reflect in your reality as well.
