Self-care is not enough. The bubble baths, the face masks, the green smoothies, and gym time - they're lovely, but they won't sustain you through burnout, grief, overwhelm, or the weight of being human in uncertain times. The self-care we've been sold is insufficient for the lives we're actually living. You need something deeper. You need self-compassion. This 5-day audio course will guide you in building a self-compassion practice that creates a foundation for resilience, rest, and well-being that lasts beyond any single self-care activity. Self-compassion is not about perfection or toxic positivity. It's about learning to be with all the parts of yourself and greet them with kindness, patience, and understanding, especially in moments when you feel you've fallen short. Together, we'll explore the three pillars of self-compassion: Day 1: Discover why self-care alone isn't enough and what self-compassion offers that truly sustains us Day 2: Learn to practice self-kindness by bringing intention to the care you already offer yourself, noticing your inner narrative, and extending grace when you feel like you're failing Day 3: Cultivate mindful awareness through breath and presence, learning to tune into what you actually need beneath the noise of daily life Day 4: Experience the power of common humanity, connection, and belonging, remembering you're never alone in your struggles or your joy Day 5: Integrate what you've learned and discover how to trust yourself to sustain this practice beyond these five days Each lesson includes: Guided teaching and reflections (6-10 minutes) A brief breathing practice or meditation (2-3 minutes) A reflection question to deepen your awareness This course is for anyone seeking to feel less alone, less burnt out, and more connected to themselves and the world around them. You don't need prior meditation experience, just a willingness to show up for yourself with curiosity and care.
