Vladimir works as a psychotherapist by day, but has secretly been doing mindfulness for almost a decade. About 4000 hours into his practice (give or take) he mustered the courage to start teaching mindfulness as well. Always a formalist in these matters, he went "back to school" to learn how to teach mindfulness and is now happily helping people start or deepen their practice.

This practice is really I think at an intermediate level and was just what I was looking for. I felt a lot was packed into it, understandably, given the circumstances that some of the preliminaries may have to be explained as they are given. I will likely come back to it and hope to apply it as a self-guided meditation later. 😊 Thanks
