Namaste and welcome to this energizing meditation.

This meditation is very good if your energy level is pretty low and if you want to bring back energy to your mind and to your body.

It's a very easy practice so it's suitable for all levels.

When you're starting I suggest you to find a comfortable position.

You can either sit on a chair trying to bring your spine straight or you can sit on the ground with your legs crossed maybe on your yoga mat.

Whenever you're ready close your eyes and start breathing deeply from your nose.

Try to relax as much as you can.

Relax your body and relax your breath.

Inhale and exhale from your nose.

Now observe your breath.

Observe how your breath,

How the air flows.

Observe your mood.

Are you in a good mood today or are you in a bad mood?

Are you relaxed or are you stressed?

Now observe your energy level.

How do you feel today?

How is your energy today?

Keep breathing very deeply and whenever you inhale you bring new energy into your body and this energy flows to all the different parts of your body.

Now take a moment to observe your body.

Are there some parts in which the energy flows or are there some parts in which the energy is blocked?

Try to visualize them and try to bring the air,

The energy into these parts.

Whenever you inhale you bring new energy,

New air to these parts of your body that needs to be relaxed.

Keep breathing very deeply and if a thought arrives to your mind just observe it,

Don't judge it and let it go.

Try to focus again on your energy,

On the breath and the air that brings you new energy.

Now we can try to visualize the energy.

Visualize it as a bright ball that enters from your nose and spreads in all the different parts of your body.

Visualize this bright and powerful ball of energy that comes in from your nose and goes all around your body bringing new energy.

This big and bright ball of energy goes from your head to your toes.

And whenever you inhale this ball gets bigger and more powerful.

Keep visualizing this big and bright ball and now you can try to send this light,

This energy wherever you need it more.

You can send it to your heart,

You can send it to your belly or you can send it to wherever part of your body which is in pain,

Whatever part of your body that needs more energy.

Inhale very deeply and visualize this bright ball going to the part of your body that needs your help,

That needs your energy.

Very knife-racking but really very useful.

You you you Now observe your body again How is your body feeling now?

How is the energy flowing?

After These few minutes of meditation Keep breathing very deeply and keep sending the new energy throughout your body Let the energy spread Let the energy activate your mind and all the parts of your body that need it parts of your body that need it Observe how your body is now feeling See how it is more energized,

More bright and lighter Thanks to the air,

Thanks to this new and powerful energy Enjoy these last moments of meditation and enjoy the benefits that the air has brought to your mind and body Enjoy this feeling of new and powerful energy and slowly prepare yourself to lead this meditation Very slowly open your eyes and keep them soft and enjoy this moment of stillness and peace that the meditation is giving to you Feel how your body is now full of energy and ready to leave this day Namaste
