Namaste everybody,
Welcome to this morning meditation.
Before starting find a comfortable position,
You can sit on a chair,
You can sit on your bed,
Or you can sit on the ground on your yoga mat with your legs crossed.
Whenever you're ready close your eyes and start breathing gently to reconnect with your body and with your mind.
Prepare your body to start a new day and bring the right energy into your mind.
Now we will take some deep breaths together,
Inhale deeply from your nose and exhale deeply from your nose.
And again inhale from your nose and exhale let all the bad energies go.
Inhale and exhale.
One last time,
Inhale very deeply from your nose,
Exhale let it go.
Now keep breathing naturally,
Let your breath flow,
Relax your breath and start observing yourself.
Visualize your face and try to relax it,
Relax your mouth,
Relax your eyes,
Keep them soft.
Let the breath flow naturally,
Don't force it.
Every breath brings you to the present.
Visualize the air entering your nose and bringing new energy to your body and to your mind.
If a thought,
A distraction comes to your mind let it come,
Accept it and let it go.
Let clouds in the sky,
With exhalation let all the thoughts go.
Keep breathing and try to connect with what surrounds you.
Which sounds do you hear?
What do you smell?
What do you feel?
Don't judge the environment,
Just accept it and keep breathing.
Now try to connect with your body,
How do you feel?
Observe yourself without judging.
How is your mood today?
How is your mind?
Is it busy with thoughts or is it mindful?
How is your breath?
Is it flowing naturally or are there some obstacles?
Keep breathing,
Feel the breath opening your chest,
Opening your belly with inhalation and feel all the unnecessary thoughts going away when you exhale.
Enjoy this moment of connection with yourself and with your breath.
The breath grounds you and reconnect you with your inner self.
Whenever you feel the necessity you can come back to your breath during your day.
Whenever you feel anxious,
Whenever you feel overwhelmed by thoughts,
You can come back to your breath.
Enjoy these last moments to ground yourself,
To prepare your body and to prepare your mind to start a new day.
And whenever you feel ready,
You can slowly prepare yourself to go back to your day.
Very slowly open your eyes gently,
Keep them soft.
Bring a small smile in your face,
Bring your hands together to your heart center and thank yourself for this small but precious practice before starting a brand new day.
