The 7 pillars I share in this course have each transformed my life in the most wonderful ways.

This course is built for anyone who can feel something inside their heart that is longing to be expressed in the world. Maybe it’s a new project, business, book, podcast, course, relationship, career, family, or something else.

Maybe you have already started but it’s moving slowly, or maybe you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed by the idea of sharing your creativity with the world.

Either way, this course can help.

Each day you will be introduced to a new spiritual power source (AKA Pillar) to help give you clarity, confidence, and momentum to bring your creativity to life.

This course will also deepen your connection to the tremendous wisdom and love that lives inside your own heart. By the end of this 7-day practice, you will be able to access more self-compassion and patience for yourself as you travel along your own creative journey. You will also gain clarity, confidence, and momentum to help you share your creations with the world.

Lección 1: Pillar 1 - Connecting To The Essence Of Creativity

In this lesson, I will share a totally different way of thinking about Creativity. It's a paradigm shift from what we have traditionally been taught Creativity is. This new approach will immediately give you access to a new spiritual ally that has actionable wisdom to share with you--to help give you clarity, confidence and momentum.

Lección 2: Pillar 2 - Connecting To Your Inner Child

In this lesson, we get closer to your inner child and help you access more curiosity, wonder, play and joy. These 4 energy types are essential ingredients to any creative journey. By creating safety and support for your inner child to explore, we are giving you permission to make mistakes, not have it all figured out and follow your joy instead of trying to be perfect.

Lección 3: Pillar 3 - Accessing The Wisdom Of Your Heart

In this lesson, we learn a simple step-by-step practice to access the deepest most powerful truths inside your heart. These truths inside your heart have tremendous guidance and clarity to share with you about your life. At the end of the lesson, I will guide you through a short meditation and journal practice that will help you embody the teachings.

Lección 4: Pillar 4 - Connecting To God

In this lesson, I will share practical tools and practices to help in moments when you are feeling shy or afraid of sharing your creations with the world. A quick reminder of the bigger picture that will give you a boost of confidence.

Lección 5: Pillar 5 - Awakening Your Inner Dreamer

In this lesson, I will walk you through connecting with and supporting your Inner Dreamer. This is important because our Inner Dreamer is the part of us that has access to our biggest and boldest dreams, visions and imagination.

Lección 6: Pillar 6 - Awakening Your Cosmic Artist

In this lesson I will help you awaken the Cosmic Artist inside you. I will share healthy tools, practices and beliefs that can help keep the joy of creating alive in your life.

Lección 7: Pillar 7 - Connecting to Your "Soul-Mate" (The Mirror Experience)

In this final lesson of our 7-day course, I'll take you through a practice that transformed my life. It allowed me to stop playing small and hiding my light from the world. It also introduced me to my "Soul-Mate". PLEASE NOTE: You will need access to a mirror to do this lesson. A washroom mirror works great.
