Welcome to day six of the self-belief challenge here on Insight Timer.

This marks the start of seeing yourself with a little more kindness and a little less doubt.

Each day you'll take a few minutes to remember who you are and what you're capable of.

Let's jump in to today's session.

Hello beautiful humans of Insight Timer.

My name is Darius and I'm so grateful we get this time together.

I'm excited to share with you day six of the self-belief challenge.

In the past few days you have done some deep meaningful work.

Learning new tools,

New practices to help you step into this next level of self-belief.

Today we are doing something a little different.

We are stepping into the embodiment of self-belief.

The feelings in our body,

The sensations,

The experience of embodying that version of us that is thriving,

That is confident.

When we combine the mindset practices with the embodiment practices,

Things start to get really interesting.

And so let's set ourselves up for success here.

Our physiology matters.

I want to invite you to sit with a tall gentle spine,

With an open and ready heart space,

Feet grounded,

Voice open and bold,

Vision ready to soar.

From this ready position we take deep breaths.

We allow new confident energy to pour into us and we release old stagnant energy that does not serve us.

Take deep long breaths here.

And to supercharge this experience we are going to tap in to the energy of a version of us in the future that is having an absolutely incredible day.

You don't need the details of what's happening because that's a function of the mind.

All you need is to be able to feel even a teeny tiny bit of joy,

Of pleasure,

Of fun.

And that teeny tiny bit will grow like a seed into something incredible.

So let's take a deep breath here together,

Breathing in,

Big exhale out,

And we are in the body of this future self who is having an incredible day.

Things are going better than you ever imagined.

Can you feel it in your body?

Can you feel it in your breath?

Can you feel it on your skin?

Amazing opportunities are all around you.

Incredible loving supportive people are all around you.

Heart open,

Voice open,

Vision open.

You are an open channel and the universe loves to pour into you.

Abundance,

Success,

Health,

Community,

Creativity.

Breathe it in.

Big exhale out.

You don't need any of the details of what's happening.

And if you can see details,

If you can see visions,

That's great.

We are playing on the field of the body.

Can you feel it?

What does that joy feel like in your body?

What does that fun feel like in your body?

What is that health and vitality?

How does this version of you stand?

How do they breathe?

They have this deep trust in themselves.

You have this deep trust in yourself.

Things are working out in ways beyond your wildest dreams.

I believe in myself.

I believe in my dreams.

I am an energetic match to my wildest dreams.

Take a moment to feel the energy in your body.

Tall,

Gentle spine.

Heart open and ready.

Feet grounded.

Voice bold.

Vision ready to soar.

Before our practice comes to an end,

Take a few deep breaths.

The oxygen is really special in this place.

Soak it in.

Feel it all the way down to your feet.

Allow this incredible abundant space to bless your body,

To bless your day.

We're going to take a deep breath to bring our practice to an end.

Deep breath in.

Big exhale out.

Bravo,

Dear one.

You made it to the end.

Hopefully you felt some joy,

Some pleasure,

Some fun,

Maybe something totally different.

The more we feel the energy of that confident,

Thriving self in the present moment,

The more we become an energetic match to our dreams.

So you did some great work today.

If you want to take it to the next level,

You pair this embodiment with action.

Jump into the forum and share one small or maybe big action you are going to take today that is in support of this future self.

And lastly,

I feel so light and amazing! When you asked how our skin felt, it was cool, light and I had a smile on my face. Such freedom! I received such goodness for my soul.
