Lección 1: Step Into The Story

In this lesson, you will learn what scripting is and why it works. By exploring how the brain filters what we focus on, such as suddenly noticing a red car everywhere after thinking about one, you will see how writing in the present tense plants new seeds in your subconscious. You will be guided through your first scripting exercise, writing your ideal morning as if it is already real, and finish with an affirmation to anchor your new story.

Lección 2: The Emotional Magnet

In this lesson, you’ll learn how emotion fuels your scripting practice and makes your words magnetic. By writing with gratitude and joy, you train your brain to notice opportunities that align with your desires. You’ll practice scripting with feelings of appreciation and discover how emotion transforms your journaling into a powerful manifestation tool.

Lección 3: Future You, Now!

In our final lesson, you’ll connect with your future self and script from their perspective. By writing as though your desires are already realized, you open yourself to new wisdom and confidence. You’ll learn how to embody your future story now, strengthening your ability to live into it with clarity and ease.
