Hello beautiful Insight Timer community.
I've been having a great time getting to know everyone during our live sessions and one of the things we often talk about is journaling.
I feel journaling is almost my own form of therapy.
I try to do it every day.
I don't always get to it but I have decided to commit myself to doing it every day for the next 30 days.
So I am gonna put out a track every day so you can journal along with me.
Feel free to journal about whatever you like but I thought it would be great to pull a card with each track and read about it and then we can journal on what we read.
So today I pulled a card from Rebecca Campbell's Healing Waters Oracle.
I just randomly picked a card.
I got the rainbow.
The rainbow is sweet relief,
New beginnings,
A new way forward.
And according to her explanation there are countless myths from all corners of the world that feature rainbows.
In most cases the rainbow symbolizes a bridge between heaven and earth and is a sign of good fortune.
Perhaps the most widely known story comes from Irish folklore.
It says there's a pot of gold waiting at the end of the rainbow guarded by a leprechaun.
In Norse mythology Bifrost the rainbow bridge connects earth with Asgard home of the gods.
Ancient Japanese folklore says that rainbows are bridges that the ancestors of humans took to descend to earth.
In the Old Testament book of Genesis God sets a rainbow in the sky as a comforting symbol to humanity that he will never again destroy the earth with floods.
In this Oracle the rainbow is here to comfort and reassure you that the future is full of hope.
If you've been going through challenging times lately the rainbow is your sign.
There are clearer skies ahead of you.
Rest deeply in the knowledge that the rainbow brings with it a feeling of sweet relief and a simpler future.
There are new beginnings beckoning you forth.
There's a clear and vibrant way forward and the path is steady and the opportunities for deep joy safety comfort and peace.
And our affirmation is I'm ready to welcome the new beginnings that are waiting for me.
So friends I think it would be a great idea if we spend five minutes journaling.
What are you ready to welcome?
What new beginnings are waiting for you?
And this can be anything you want.
It can be something that you know is coming or it can be something that you hope will come.
And I believe that hoping and manifesting can be the same thing.
So I like to journal as if it has already happened.
Feel free to journal in any format you prefer but think about those new beginnings and that new way forward and let's journal about that.
I'll set a timer for five minutes.
Okay wonderful so our five minutes are up but feel free to continue writing and definitely reach out and let me know if this is working for you.
If there's anything that has come up and keep seeking that sweet relief.
Enjoy your new beginnings and keep looking for those rainbows.
Thank you.
