Rest in His Presence is a 5-day Christian sleep meditation course created to nurture both your nightly rest and your walk with God. Each evening you will be guided through a gentle rhythm of scripture, reflection, and prayer, helping you quiet your heart, release the weight of the day, and enter into a place of peace. Together we will explore themes of trust, gratitude, healing, forgiveness, and hope, weaving them into your nightly routine so that you can drift into sleep anchored in God’s promises. By the end of this journey, you will not only discover deeper rest but also cultivate a meaningful spiritual practice that strengthens your faith and renews your spirit. These meditations are an invitation to experience God’s presence as you lay down each night, to wake refreshed in His love, and to carry that sense of renewal into each new day.
Vanessa Michele is a yoga and meditation instructor with over 1000 hours of training and teaching experience. She uses her faith-based teaching to guide others to breathe easy, prevent stress, and develop sustainable well-being.

Lección 1
Welcome & The Gift Of Rest
Begin your journey by exploring the importance of rest—both biblically and practically. You’ll learn how faith and meditation work together to bring peace at bedtime and receive practical tips for creating a restful sleep environment. This session sets the foundation for the next four nights of guided practice.
Lección 2
Trust And Surrender
Scripture: Psalm 4:8 Lay down your burdens and trust God’s protection as you drift into sleep. This meditation invites you to release the worries of the day, surrender your heart fully to Him, and rest secure in His peace.
Lección 3
Gratitude And Praise
Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 Reflect on the blessings and small joys God has woven into your day. Through prayerful gratitude, you’ll shift your focus from stress to thanksgiving, cultivating a spirit of peace and contentment as you fall asleep.
Lección 4
Healing And Renewal
Scripture: Matthew 11:28 Bring your weary body, mind, and spirit to Christ and receive His promise of restoration. This session guides you through a gentle body scan and visualization of God’s healing presence, renewing your strength as you rest in Him.
Lección 5
Forgiveness And Release
Scripture: Ephesians 4:31–32 Let go of lingering anger, resentment, or self-condemnation, and invite God’s grace to wash over you. This meditation will help you release what weighs you down, creating space for peace, love, and restful sleep.
