How To Stop People Pleasing And Start Showing Up As Yourself

With Stacey Bennington | Psychotherapist & Coach

People pleasing looks like kindness from the outside. But from the inside it often feels like exhaustion, resentment, and a quiet sense of having disappeared somewhere along the way. In this course you will learn where the people pleasing pattern actually comes from, why it is so hard to stop even when you can see it clearly, what it is really costing you in your relationships and your sense of self, and what it looks like to start showing up honestly without the guilt and anxiety that have always come with it. This is not about becoming selfish. It is about becoming real.

Having walked her own path of healing a fearful avoidant attachment style, she brings both clinical depth and lived experience to her work. Her approach blends attachment theory, nervous system regulation, hypnotherapy, and subconscious reprogramming, meeting the mind in the deeply receptive states where lasting change takes root. Her meditations, sleep tracks, and mini courses are designed to help you feel seen in your patterns, understand where they began, and gently rewire those patterns at the root, so you can move through your relationships and your life with more security, calm, and confidence.
