COURSE

Gentle Nervous System Resets

With Klea Miza (Growing Through Love)

When we're overwhelmed, even a 20-minute meditation can feel like too much. This course was created for those moments. You'll explore brief, choice practices that take just a few minutes. Together, we'll gently look around the room, notice the breath, feel the support beneath our feet, connect through touch, listen to the sounds around us, and discover which practices feel most supportive for you. These aren't exercises to fix your nervous system or make difficult feelings disappear. They're simple invitations to pause, notice what's here, and meet yourself with a little more gentleness. You don't need to do every practice perfectly. You don't need to feel calm by the end. You're welcome to come exactly as you are and take only what feels helpful. Because sometimes, a few mindful moments are enough.

Lesson 15

Pick Your Reset

This final session is an invitation to choose what feels most supportive today.
