
Are You Lazy? Or Are You Stuck In Freeze?
I’m so glad you’re here. This is an audio I recorded some time ago, speaking about a concept that has deeply improved the quality of my life: recognizing when I’m stuck in a freeze state and learning how to gently shift out of it. I share real-life examples from my own experience, which many of you may resonate with. It was the practical understanding of this pattern that helped me begin to move through it. The freeze response is one of the body’s natural survival mechanisms. When something feels overwhelming, terrifying, or inescapable, the nervous system may shut down or go still, not by choice, but by instinct.
