Hello and welcome!
In this recording we're talking about the legacy of light.
I want to talk about the life within each one of us and especially I want to talk about the lightworkers because as I was part of the spiritual community,
I started with learning more about empathy and embracing my own empathy and then I was introduced to the lightworkers which was really beautiful to see how there are so many people who believe in the light and are working in that direction and are being dedicated into being kind and showing up for people and in the energy works and all that good stuff.
I started to see the thing that was not going well when many of those people who claim to be lightworkers were going in the extreme and denying the darkness and denying even the fact that there is wisdom in the darkness and we're not talking about evil,
We're talking about the dark times in our lives,
The challenges,
These dark aspects of ourselves and why they show up,
Why they are being even created.
So the legacy of light has to do more with your contribution to the world,
How you bring your presence and essence here,
How you embrace your essence and you inspire others to do the same.
It has to do with this more than being just fully positive in the extreme of toxic positivity because as you deny the things that are under the rug,
You are just going to let them there and even pile up there and you're not really at peace with yourself because the image that you have in your mind is unreal.
On the other hand,
As you are working towards being more grounded in your essence,
As you're working towards healing your inner wounds and embracing the shadow aspects of yourself,
You come to be more at peace with yourself because during this process there are so many ego deaths that need to happen in order for you to embrace your essence in a way that is in alignment with you.
It is really challenging especially to see your own darkness and to hold yourself accountable for the damage that it may be causing in yourself or in others.
It is really challenging to see that sometimes this pain and darkness was caused by people who loved us but didn't know any better so their pain went on to cause more pain and unless we see this pain and we work with that,
It is going to inflict pain in others as well.
So the legacy of light has to do with the divine light rather than some idealistic aspect of light and it has to do with being grounded and knowing that there were so many generations before you who brought this life forth because along with generational trauma,
We receive generational blessings and we are divinely supported in so many ways.
The thing is to see this support,
To open our eyes and to see how we are being supported and most importantly to start supporting ourselves in a healthy and authentic way.
This is it for today.
Thank you for being here and sending you so much love and blessings.
