
Heart Awareness And Self - Acceptance
Growing up, many of us are taught that some parts of ourselves are “bad” while others are more acceptable. The same often applies to our emotions. Some are seen as “good,” while others are judged or suppressed. This creates a quiet inner tension that may surface in subtle ways, or only becomes clear as we begin healing and finding harmony within. This meditation is designed to gently support self-acceptance. We’ll ground in the present through a calming body scan, open the heart space, and offer love and presence to the parts of ourselves we’ve resisted.
