Let's begin with taking a few deep breaths and connecting with our body and with this present moment.
A deep breath through the nose,
To the chest,
To the belly.
Notice your belly expanding,
Notice your whole body.
Give your body permission to relax and to just be in this very moment.
Notice what sensations are present in your body as you relax.
Relax and taking slow breaths,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth,
Through your lips,
Keeping the awareness to the connection between your breath and your body,
Letting Just be,
Just exist as it is,
Any distractions or thoughts,
Let them be,
Give them permission to just be,
Anything that you'd want to change or that is out of your control in this moment,
Give it permission to just be and give yourself permission to relax in this moment.
Notice your body,
Notice if there is any shift,
Any transformation or even a small shift or feeling of relaxation,
Of deep relaxation that came up as you let everything just be,
As you connect with your body and your breath and you give yourself permission to just be.
Taking another deep breath slowly,
Breathing through the nose,
To the chest,
To the belly and exhaling slowly through first lips.
Notice the boundaries of your body and your muscles and give all of your body permission to just be,
Your head,
Your neck,
Your arms and hands and fingers,
Your chest and back and belly and glutes and thighs and knees and shins and feet,
The palm of your feet your fingers and your toes,
Give it all permission to just be,
Taking another deep slow breath and gently opening your beautiful eyes,
Coming back to this moment,
More present and with a sense of awareness and in this present moment
