Often labeled as negative or destructive, anger can feel uncomfortable to experience and difficult to express, through many means of expression that look different for everyone. We'll finish with a meditation where you will be able to sit with Anger and see what it's like for you to experience this emotion.

Witnessing Loneliness, Rejection, Exclusion And Shame
Loneliness, rejection, exclusion, Exclusion and Shame are deep human experiences. When we feel rejection or exclusion from external events, it can leave us feeling shame that expresses itself as loneliness. This lesson looks at that cycle, from learning to see the possibilities beyond rejection and exclusion, to navigating the shame and loneliness trap.

A Look Into Fear, Anxiety And Vulnerability
Fear, anxiety, and vulnerability are emotions that many of us spend a great deal of energy trying to avoid. They can feel uncomfortable, uncertain, and overwhelmed, often triggering a desire to control, distract, or protect ourselves. This lesson and meditation will help you feel into these emotions and feelings, to make sense of how they are showing up in you and your body.

Holding Space For Compassion, Forgiveness And Resilience
Compassion, resilience, and forgiveness are often spoken about as qualities we should have, but in reality, they are capacities that can be nurtured and developed over time. They emerge not from avoiding difficulty, but from learning how to meet life's challenges with openness, courage, and understanding. In this lesson and meditation, we will learn to witness these emotions in our body and hold space for it to arise.

In the midst of busy schedules, responsibilities, and everyday challenges, it can be easy to overlook the moments that make life feel meaningful and alive. Experiences of awe, beauty, wonder, joy, and happiness often arise in simple ways—a sunrise, a meaningful conversation, a moment of connection, a sense of gratitude, or the realization that we are part of something larger than ourselves. This lesson and meditation will have you feeling into the energy and lightness this brings into the body and the mind.
