Gently find a comfortable seat,

Finding a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit comfortably with your spine straight and shoulders relaxed.

Take a few moments to settle into your position,

Noticing how your body feels,

How the mind feels.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhale fully through the mouth.

Let your eyes gently close,

Allowing the outside world to fade away for a minute.

Notice the weight of your body supported by your seat.

Take three cleansing breaths,

Inhaling energy,

Clear energy,

Exhaling any mental fog or confusion.

Again,

Breathing in clarity and focus,

Breathing out uncertainty,

Confusion.

One more time,

Inhaling energy,

Inhaling clarity,

Exhaling cloudiness,

Exhaling tension,

Exhaling mental fog.

Now,

Imagine your mind as a lake,

Still at dawn.

The surface is perfectly smooth,

Reflecting everything with crystal clarity.

With each breath you take,

The water becomes even more still.

If thoughts appear,

See them as gentle ripples on the surface.

Watch these ripples naturally fade away,

Returning to stillness.

Focusing on the space between your eyebrows,

Imagine a bright white light here,

Growing stronger with each breath.

Allowing this bright light to dissolve any mental barriers or confusion or uncertainty.

Feeling your mind become sharper,

Clearer,

More focused.

Take a moment to consider what you need clarity on today,

Whether it's a work project,

Whether it's a relationship.

Don't try to find the answer,

Simply hold the question in your clear,

Still mind.

Trusting that with stillness,

Clarity will emerge naturally.

Breathing in confidence,

Breathing out doubt.

Allow your mind to be clear,

Sharp,

Focused,

And ready for the day ahead.

Slowly begin to deepen your breath,

Gently wiggling your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Slowly opening the eyes,

Carrying this clarity with you into your day.
